Appointment Cancellation + Late Policy
Due to high demand of appointments, a credit card hold is required for all appointments. All new patients will be charged $100 non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment which can be used for future services, if appointment needs to be rescheduled. Note that not confirming your appointment through our appointment prompt will not be considered as a cancellation.
- Please cancel your appointment, if you are il or have a cold sore on your face.
- We understand life happens. Our answering service is available 24/7. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you don’t, there is $250 fee.
